Dan Morrison
Product leader with experience scaling teams & turning strategic imperatives into digital products
Who's this guy?
I’m a product management leader with experience driving results in Series A, B, C, growth equity, and global scale technology organizations. I have grown and mentored teams up to 25+ product practitioners, but also adore the craft of product management and operating as a high-impact individual contributor.
As a PM, Director, VP, consultant, and designer, I have deployed solutions in a variety of problem spaces including Fintech, machine learning, supply chain analytics, global health system compliance, logistics systems, and security communications for the world’s biggest companies.
My closest colleagues have often noted I’m a good partner when tensions are high and teams are running hot. I strive to inject levity, calm, and perspective into challenging environments while keeping the team focused on the mission.

Raised in central Virginia, I received my degree in Finance from the University of Virginia, which provided a foundation for quantifying and measuring the impact of my products. After that, my time as a designer taught me about giving products heart and soul that resonates with users.
My pastimes as a kid include breaking my parents' cameras making films for local festivals, overheating laptops playing with 3D Rendering software, and programming video games with my brother. To this day I still enjoy coding small experiences for friends and family.
I’m a curious person at heart - always puttering, learning, and taking up new skills while refining old ones. I love learning from smart, passionate people who are great at what they do; whether that’s cycling, coding, chess, management, woodworking, writing, and so on.
